Furniture Artist
I have shown my work in thirty-seven juried, solo, and invitational exhibitions of art, craft and design across the country and internationally, including ICFF in New York, SOFA in Chicago, and Dwell on Design in Los Angeles.
I have won numerous first place and purchase awards through design competitions, grant writing, and scholarships. I have several pieces permanently on public display.
To date I have given many presentations of my work to other professional artists at galleries and universities and numerous lectures to technology enthusiasts.
I have been selected three times to represent my program at university research conferences, selected as president of three different student organizations, and given leadership positions within the Furniture Society.
